Application Process

The Loyola Study Abroad programs employ a rolling admissions policy. Applications are considered in the order of their receipt, and applications showing potential for successful study abroad are accepted promptly, until the program is filled. After 30 students have enrolled, a waiting list is used to admit further students depending on course availability. Please note that the Loyola Study Abroad programs are popular and in some years have been closed early due to over-enrollment.

To apply, please use our Secure Online Application. Upon application, you are required to submit a $25 application fee (nonrefundable) and $125 registration deposit (nonrefundable), for a total of $150. Credit cards are accepted (VISA and MasterCard only).

A second payment of $150 will be due January 31, 2020. The remainder of tuition is due May 1, 2020.  

Because of the advance financial preparations necessary to conduct programs abroad, tuition cannot be refunded after May 1, 2020.

We require certification of good academic standing and credit transferability from your home institution (visiting students only).
