Application Process

The Loyola Study Abroad programs employ a rolling admissions policy. Applications are considered in the order of their receipt, and applications showing potential for successful study abroad are accepted promptly, until the program is filled. After 35-40 students have enrolled, a waiting list is used to admit further students depending on program availability. Please note that the Loyola Study Abroad programs are popular and in some years have been closed early due to over-enrollment.

To apply, please use our the Secure Online Application for the Spetses Program or Vienna Program.

Spetses program applicants are required to submit a $300 registration deposit (nonrefundable) upon registration. Most major credit cards are accepted.

Vienna program applicants are required to submit a $300 registration deposit (nonrefundable) upon registration. Most major credit cards are accepted.

Tuition is due May 15, 2025. Because of the advance financial preparations necessary to conduct programs abroad, tuition cannot be refunded after May 16, 2025.
