Pay Your Seat Deposit

You should pay your seat deposit by the dates listed in your admission letter. You may also find your deposit deadlines using the online application status portal.

Complete Your FAFSA

Secure Financial Aid

Submit Your Immunizations

Required by State Law

Loyola University and Louisiana law require all incoming students to submit vaccination documentation. The Admissions Office will reach out to you with the next steps on how to supply your vaccination records and how to request an exemption from these requirements if necessary. In the meantime, please review the University's immunization requirements. Please contact Loyola Public Health by email at with vaccine-related questions.

Submit Your Transcripts

Complete by August 2

We require a final transcript from every post-secondary institution you have ever attended. This is separate from the transcript(s) you submitted to LSAC for your CAS Report. In addition, the transcript from the college/university from which you graduated must include the conferred degree.

Please use our Status Checker to determine whether we have received your transcript(s). Your username and password are the same as your LSAC account.

To order your transcripts, you may either contact the individual institution or order through the National Student Clearinghouse or Parchment. Your transcript(s) may be sent electronically via email to, or by choosing Loyola University New Orleans as the receiving institution (the law school does not have a separate account). If you are sending your transcript(s) via mail, our physical address is 7214 St. Charles Ave., Campus Box 904, New Orleans, LA 70118.

If we do not receive your transcripts by the date listed in your acceptance package, you are subject to being administratively withdrawn from Loyola College of Law.

Attend Orientation

All law students are required to attend Orientation on August 13 - 15, 2024. At Orientation, you will get important details about your classes and what to expect at Loyola College of Law. More information regarding Orientation will be communicated with you Summer 2024.
