Bio
Stephen Broussard is an adjunct professor of law for Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and lectures on title examination. He received a B.S. from University of New Orleans in 1978 and graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 1982.
In 1985, he joined Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale as a partner until 2020. He served as president of Gulf Title Corporation and joined Mid South Title Services, LLC, in 2020.
Stephen Broussard was selected to Super Lawyers for 2008. He has served on the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Title Attorneys and Louisiana Land Title Association (LLTA). He is the recent recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from LLTA.
He is a member of the title examination committees for the New Orleans and Jefferson Bar Associations. He also serves as president of the New Orleans Notary Association and has served on the Uniform Title Standard Committee for the Louisiana State Bar Association.
