Duncan Fulton

Prior to coming to Loyola, Duncan Fulton was a senior associate for Klasko Immigration Law Partners in Washington, DC. In his role there, he was a key member of the Federal Litigation and EB-5 Teams, where he applied his litigation background to advance client interests in complex adjudications and agency challenges.

He previously worked in the US Department of Justice, where he served as a federal litigator in the Office of Immigration Litigation. He has trained hundreds of private-sector and government immigration attorneys and immigration judges for the Federal Bar Association and the DOJ Civil Division’s annual immigration conference. Previously, he was a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and served as a law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Eldon Fallon, in the Eastern District of Louisiana. He has been admitted to practice in the regional federal circuit courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Professor Fulton received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2012, where he graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, and served on the Tulane Law Review. He also holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2008.
